The new ankle protection made from Poron® XRD® Extreme Impact Protection consists of an insert just 5 mm thick and exceptionally flexible, capable of absorbing up to 90% of the energy generated by high-speed impacts while adapting to the shape of the bone. It delivers a high level of protection without adding bulk or stiffness, offering superior safety while maintaining comfort and freedom of movement in the most mobile and delicate area of the foot.
The structure is completed by a welded polyurethane insert on the gear-shift area and on the outer side, designed to increase resistance in areas most exposed to abrasion and continuous wear.
