Delivery time
Delivery time depends on the destination address entered during purchase.
The courier usually needs:
- 1-3 working days from order dispatch (which usually takes place within 2 working days from payment confirmation) for delivery within Italy. Shipments are entrusted to the TWS courier.
- 3-4 working days from order shipment (which usually takes place within 2 working days from payment confirmation) for delivery within Europe and the United Kingdom. Shipments are entrusted to the UPS courier company.
You will receive an e-mail notification when the package is handed over to the courier, together with the tracking number linked to your order to check where the shipment is.
The courier delivers Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm (delivery times vary depending on the destination area).
Shipping cost
Shipping throughout the European Union is free of charge for orders over €79. For smaller amounts, the shipping has a price of €5.00 and will be added directly to your cart during checkout.
Information on returning an order/item
If you have changed your mind and want to return your purchase to change the size, colour or to request a refund, don't worry: you can return your purchase quickly and easily!
Remember that you have 14 working days from receipt of your parcel to decide whether to keep or return the items you ordered (all or only part of them).

Items must not have been used in any way and must be returned in their original packaging in perfect condition.
Transport costs for returned products shall be borne in full by the customer. It is understood that Mandelli SRL shall not be liable for the theft or loss of the Products occurred during the transport of the goods to the seller's warehouses.
Upon receipt of the package, we will proceed within 14 working days to refund the invoiced price of the returned items. We will use the same payment method you used for the purchase. The credit note may appear after 10 working days, depending on banking times.
If you wish to receive an exchange for an item you have already returned, you can make a new purchase directly on our website.
Warranty
Our warranty covers products for two years from the date of purchase. For warranty claims for products purchased on our online shop, please contact Customer Service Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at +39 02 3930 9995 or by email at help@eleveit.it
For warranty claims on products purchased from one of our authorised dealers, we recommend that you contact the dealer directly who will deal with your request.
